Hey I have lb stories man! :D HAHAHA!

In the morning, I saw my bus and started running! Cos I was running late! (This 2 words are quite ironic as running already still can be late?!?)

Okay I know this is not very lb but you have to listen to what I was holding + carrying.

3. Jacket which is not light!

So I managed to catch my bus! Buttttttttttt, the moment I placed my cute little foot on the bus, the door CLOSED! My foot quickly retreated and I immediately gave the bus uncle the 'Uncleeeee, please let me in' face in fear of the uncle driving off leaving me even more lb! :D

HAHAHA guess what? I reached school on time. Guess what #2? My bun became a LOW LOW ponytail after the marathon and drama wama.

Haha! I think I am very LB to be in this situation!

This is what happened...

My school's classes are called civics group (CG) and I am in the CG 1S20. So one day during my break, someone asked me, "Bing Rong, what is your CG (civics group)?"

So without even thinking, I just replied, "B20!" The person was looking at me with a weird expression.

Still thinking that nothing was wrong, I said, "Ya." Then I realised that she was actually asking for my class!

So I tried to cover up my mistake, by saying, "Oh.. I mean S20, ya."

So that's all, very LB right? HAHA! B20 is the best!

Hi People.

It had been an interesting flight on my own, I'd met scammer on the plane trying to deceive me into his car after the flight and don't know where was he going to kidnap to (Its an interesting story). hahaha, he smelled fishy and cunning. I've taken a few snapshots on the plane after taking off at ShangHai (sigh..did not manage to contact Gong..)

I am currently in my cousin's house and really thank God that I've came near a computer after these days haha.
Guess what! I've another litle cute niece who is only 6 month old! And another cute little cousin who's 103-days old! (I do not have his photo yet)

This is my niece! (with my aunt holding onto her)

The weather here is warm compared to the previous years. Its only about -5 to 5 degree celsius right now and I really love the cool and fresh air! It snowed a little the day before yesterday and I managed to took some pictures.

Day 1 and 2 in Taiwan - Nadine

Hi everyone!!!

I'm blogging from Taiwan now! Hahahahaha.

Yesterday after I reached Taiwan, we were taken up to this place high up on the mountain! It took us about 2 hours to reach there!

It's a hot spring resort!!! (with no Internet facilities - that's why i didn't blog yesterday!)

I had hot spring here at night.. At 8pm where the temperature is 18 degress Celsius. We went in the hot spring which is 42 degress Celsius. There were 15 outdoor springs to choose from. So quite weird one... Like green tea smell or sth.

Oh I also spotted a fake Adidas there! Fake until quite jialat one!

Next day (today) we went to this Stone Park place.. All natural. I was very excited because it was all I learn in Geography!! (GONG - I SAW SINKHOLES ETC)

Next we went to Jiou Fen. It was called Jiou Fen cos 200 years ago there were only 9 families staying there, then they had to walk for 3-4 hours to get to the city to buy daily necessities. Until one day one woman discovered gold dust flowing down with the river.. Then you can imagine what happened. The Japanese mined 6 000 000 kg of gold when they invaded Taiwan!

Next the best - XI MEN DING. SHOPPING PARADISE :D

Look at the clock - it's only 6.02pm! Because it's winter over here. The sky's already dark at 5pm.

It's great to have Pastors back in Singapore!

Today, Pastor How shared with us a great sermon on anointing, the sermon may be shorter than usual, but it was equally powerful.

What brings the anointing?

1. Unity

I love heart of God church as we are a union, a family. We can talk to people in church whom we have never talked to before but still feel as if we know each other for a very long time - just like a family member. It's because all of us has the HOGC DNA and it just click together when we talk. We are always connected together, having one heart, one spirit, and one mind. Doing the same things together, loving the same things together, hating the same things together, having the same passion and radicalism for God. I love my church =)

2. Brokenness

I am glad that I had the same brokenness in my life towards God as Pastors and I believe that the anointing will flow from the above all the way to my people.

If you are going through a season of brokenness, I urge you not to give up but hang on to God and keep obeying God. Always putting God in your first priority and doing the will of God.

I pray that each individual will have these two things in their life and allow the anointing of God to flow through.

Garrett preached such a great sermon last Sunday and some of the question he asked was just so impactful! We are so privileged to be heart of God church 's first 1000 people and it is not just coincidence but God has a plan for each and everyone of us!

In 2 years time, our church will be 3000 people. What will you be doing when our church is 3000? What do you see yourself doing?

In 7 years time, we will be 10,000 people.

What will you be doing when our church is 10,000 people? What do you want to do?

I will be programming lights for our praise and worship and many more.

How about you? Seek God for a vision today!

Seeing the bigness of 10,000, let's began to 4D on it, work hard for it, pray about it and it will come to past.

The future is amazing!

Last CG Nadine talked to us about these four things and to me, it suddenly occured to me that to evangelise to our friends we need more than just asking them to come to church, we have to build up our spiritual atmoshpere and relationship with them! =) Everyone of us here knows that our church culture is very unique to other churches as we take service and coming to church regularly! =)

I believe that with these four points that nadine taught us, we can definitely evangelise to more and more friends! =) I have a strong feeling that our church is going to grow in many ways! Physically and spiritually and it won't be long before we hit two thousand people! =)

Looking back it seems quite hard to believe that just 1 month ago, we were only 10.
But like what Ivan shared during service prayer meeting today, we had FAITH and HOPE.

Faith: Confidence in God's ability
Hope: Believing for the better

We definitely had both of these...
We trusted God that He will definitely bring a breakthrough to our CG.
We know that things could only get better, we believed in it.

I survived my first week at school! woo~ the projects are coming in and eating up all my free time! but I must always leave time for church and my quiet time! =D
Asia Conference is so close!!! We are all looking forward to it!

And today i was near the CHC service(which was in expo hall 8) as my parents wanted to find a tour package(to where, I do not know yet). Sec 1-3 of Nan Chiau High had ended their exam already! I am so excited to see my juniors coming to church this weekend.
However, the Sec 4s are starting their O level next Monday! =(

Anyway, O level is very stressful and pressurizing, so please pray for all those people who are taking O level this year (not only me) that they are going to do well and get into a good school and glorify God. B2 managed to hit 6 (which is the target), and B20 hit 10! B20 is 2 behind but it's okay, we have next week!

Just wana share how awesome it has been just seeing the CG grow.. Not just numerically but SPIRITUALLY (: If you have noticed, it's only when we started growing spiritually then the numerical growth started to come.

Xiang Hua took ownership of this blog and made it happen.
Candy now machiam the free-est amongst all of us!
James & Jerome ending their PSLE, and bringing their friends to church.
Gonghua PO lessened too, and she also brought a new friend to church.

It's only when we brokethrough in the supernatural, then we realised it's actually very easy to breakthrough in the natural.

1 month ago we were 10! Now 16! If this is not God then tell me what is (:

Through God all things are possible. He made the Heaven & the Earth, Light & Darkness, Night & Day... What's more just growing the CG?

We didn't hit 18 this weekend and it's okay.. Let's aim for 18 next weekend!!!!

To incubate is not to sit on your friends before you invite him to Jesus, but it is to pray for your friends and get them ready even before they come to church!

You may choose to pray lot! Specifically, for the Holy Sprit to move in their lives and open up their hearts. Also, in the 4th dimension, for God to plan some events that can bring them closer to God!

I was in my room yesterday and I just felt like going on to msn. So I used my phone to go online. Once online, I saw Gong Hua online after don't know how many years.(figuratively, but it's still very long) I am so happy and went to say Hello to her. Instead of saying Hi, she said that I am trying to act cool by using the phone to go online. Haix... (shake head)

However, I am just so happy that promos is over and Gong Hua is coming for service this weekend! Haha.

That's that. But one more thing.

Today, Gong Hua talked to me on msn and she asked, "Have you collated the attendance?"
Thinking that she was refering to weekend services, I almost said 18.
I replied,"Service?"
She then said, "No, for CEG today"
So I reminded her that today is B2 CG.

I am so excited about this week's service because we are going to breakthrough and double the attendance for the past months. We are going on a momentum of growth now so don't stop now but lets grow the CEG together! Lets rise up to take the burden of the CEG! Lets pray that we will maintan the 18 for at least a month and breakthrough 25 before 31 December 2008!

Exams are ending very soon and all your friends will definitely be so free. Xiang hua- a vision from God

Hey guys!

I am here to share with you about a vision that God showed me during friday's prayer session with my CG. =)

During our prayer session where the presence of God was there and amazingly strong too, we all started praying and worshiping, I had a vision from God and it was a tree which leaves are growing and there are fruits which are blooming!

The fruits/seeds fell on the ground and became more trees which bear fruits and they were fruitful and multiplied. This meant to me that everyone in our church will grow stronger and more in faith and will become leaders or great people, we will be the foundation for future Heart of God church members! We will do great things. Amen!

God is always with us and looking after us, whenever we need Him by our side, Lord will always be there for us, shining His bright light on us and lighting up our path.

So everyone just smile and tell God how much you love Him for the next five minutes! =)

I was thinking about today's sermon, and I remembered something Samantha shared with us at the start of the year.

The dictionary defined replica as:

When we follow our Pastors and leaders, when we become more and more like them, we are becoming their replicas. We start to think like them, talk like them, behave like them, dress like them... We are mini Pastors, and mini Charlestons, mini Ivans!

If one day someone ever tell me that "Nadine you __________ just like Pastor/Charleston/Ivan/Samantha!" I think I will faint from happiness manxzxzxz!

Sorry guys I was busy studying for my PSLE, three more days and I am free!

haha this week's prayer session with B2 and B20 was just amaaaaziiing!!!! The presence of God was just overflowing and everyone was touched by God during our worship!!! We have definitely grown stronger in faith and the presence of God is stronger than ever! so everyone say a very loud "Amen!".

Today pastor preached about followship and imitating our leaders and pastors like how they imitate Christ! So everyone lets imitate our very cool CGL nadine and be strong like her! =D

True Worship -Weichao

Many of us have a misconception of worship.
What is worship? Is is all than to just singing songs in church?

True worship is God-centered worship.
People tend to get caught up in where they should worship, what music they should sing in worship, and how the worship looks to other people around them.
Focusing on these things = completely misses the point!

John 4:24
"God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."

This means we worship from the heart and the way God has designed.
To focus on Him with a heart of sincerity, a humble manner of transparency.
Worship can include praying, reading God's Word with an open heart, singing, and serving others and most importantly - completely obedience.

Many have the misconception of worship=music.

Music has nothing to do with worship. Music can’t produce worship, although it certainly can produce emotion. Music is not the origin of worship, but it can be the expression of it. Do not look to music to induce your worship; look to music as simply an expression of that which is induced by a heart that is rapt by the mercies of God, obedient to His commands.

Worship is about your heart, not about music.

For those of you who don't know what I say I'll tell you about my life later...

This is so that I can post twice! And I will catch up with Nadine! :D :D HAHAHAHA

I am having my promos now and God has been good to me too! For English, I was tested on affluence. And if you guys remember, we had AI conference sometime back! For Literature, I was tested on some childish poem (I'll let you all read next time) and as you all know that childish poems are so my type, I obviously know how to analyse the whole thing and I just got so happy doing it that I kind of forgot that I was in the midst of an exam. My friend actually laughed out loud when she read the poem and acting mature, she didn't wan to do it. So dumb right! :O As for today's Geog paper, even though I didn't do some of the essays as I didn't know how to do, and I wrote an Econs essay (I didn't know that I was vomitting things out from my econs notes instead of geog, I just wanted to write something), the paper was still quite alright :)

Let me tell you about my very lucky friend.

He only studied 5 chapters out of 30 chapters and ALL 5 came out! When I asked him what's going to come out for the exam?', he replied me 'do I look like I'm a fortune teller?' So maybe he is. Or maybe God planned it this way so that he'll tell me the qns. Hmm.

I am back to share about my day!

Wei Chao and I went to play basketball with Fabian in the morning. It was so fun. Fabian was really good at basketball, he told me that he have not been playing for a very long time, but his score was twice of mine! I think perhaps I have not played basketball for a even longer time than him.

Later, Wei Chao and I went for breakfast at Blk 308 while Fabian go home to bathe. We were so full that we didn't eat lunch after that. We went back to Fabian's house to study after that, but I had a great headache after awhile and got to go home and rest. I slept for 3 hours and I did not go to my grandma's house and Jerome's house today=(

But I got some photos while we were at Fabian's house =)

Tmr Candy's gonna get some of her friends to study in church!!! So exciting can. They're gonna be captivated by how our church looks like and it's cooliioooooooo. Don't even need to invite them and they'll surely come!

As all of you know, I'm reading "23 minutes in hell" now.. And I was thinking.

Look at the classmate who's joking with you everyday.

The classmate that flunks tests tgt with you, skips PE tgt with you.

The classmate that seems not to care about anything.

Or even that classmate that ace everything, with a brain that is like a photocopier machine.

Now imagine them in a dark room.

Whether they open or close their eyes, it doesn't matter, it's the same darkness.

But the darkness is the kind of darkness that reminds you that you are lonely and empty on the inside.

The kind of feeling that you get when you wake up from a nightmare, and open your eyes to darkness. Except you multiply it by 10000000000000 times.

Imagine them surrounded by large creatures in that same room.

Just that those are not just creatures, they're demons.

They don't just give your fear. They ARE fear.

Imagine them in that darkness, having fear beside them, and trapped in immense heat.

They believe that this place in in the core of the earth, which is like 7000 degrees Celsius.

That is like boiling's water heat x 70.

They won't shout for help.

Because they're mentally, physically, and emotionally drained.

They know that no one can save them.

This place is Hell.

It's where all your unsaved friends are going.

God made it for devil and his demons, not for us.

He wants us to be in Heaven with Him.

The only way to do that, is to invite your friends.

I won't want a day where I am in Heaven, and my best friend in school is in Hell, and suffering that intolerable loneliness, fear, and insecurity.

So what if you find it very hard to invite a friend, or that your friend rejects you and you feel hurt?

You are saving them from an eternity of torment.

What a difference it would make if you just invite one friend, and just one more soul has a chance of escaping from Hell...

More than growing the church in numbers when you invite a friend, it's literally a matter of life and death.

Do you want your friend to have eternity with God in Heaven...

Or an eternity of torment in Hell?

Hi guys!

Yesterday night, I received a sms from OBAMA and I know I had to blog today.

It's so great to share our thoughts and revelations in this blog so that we can all encourage, motivate and connect with one another.

I am so excited to blog today as it is the very first time I blogged a post! Haha...

Yes, the very first time.

Stare at the computer screen and say, "Bing Rong blogged for the very first time!"

It has been a wonderful weekend with Ivan back from the army, F1 screening, xbox games, guitar hero and nintendo wii at the Formula100 event. Sinfei played the boxing game on Wii and was super exhausted after just one game, it was so funny.

We also have our very own Tamiya car race with Hong Hwee and Jian Ming fighting for the the 1st position. Unfortunately, my car's motor died and I cannot play with it anyone.

Haixx.. my dear childhood toy.

Lastly, we have our BAI HU BANG BANG ZHU

AKA WHITE TIGER CLAN HEAD dressed in hip hop style this weekend. Haha...

12 is easy!

Taking a look at the blog, it is flooded with Sin Fei and Nadine's Posts. C'mon! Let's not lose to them amen? (: Hahaha

Have you realised that our CG is becoming more and more fun to hangout in? With closer relationships built in between us. You had started to define your CG! THAT IS SIMPLY AWESOME!!

Let's really continue to take ownership of our CG and just break the chicken feet of 12! It is easy and more anything else, fun to just hangout with one another.

Your spirit defines you and you defines your CG. B2 and B20 are made up of every single one of us here, let's first build ourselves and meanwhile building our CG tgt!

Our cg is actually a very servant-hearted cg.
Almost everyone is serving in at least 1 ministry!
Though facing PO, Gonghua and Candy are still faithfully serving in their ministries.
Haoyue has to balance between church, school and work, but still serving in more than 1 ministry.
Gabriel looks so cute when he ushers! :D
Xianghua is starting to serve in a ministry soon
I am so proud of all of you guys! :)

Hi everyone!

I've updated our CG Attendance!

As you can see our ACTUAL is still 10, but our ADJUSTED is 12.

Let me explain to you how it works.

Actual: Means you come for either CG, or service. Even if you come both services and cg, it is still count as ONE. If not our church attendance can breakthrough 5000 already! Haha.

Adjusted: Means people like Gonghua & James. They reallllllllyyyyyyyyy want to come, but they reaaaaaaallllyyyyyyyyy cannot come cos of reasons like PO. So, we will counted them as adjusted!

Overall our attendance has increased by ONE.

AND THAT'S AWESOME!

Look at your com screen and say: I HAVE DONE WELL.

Next week let's aim for ACTUAL 12!!!!

WE CAN DO IT.

Okay I'm here to blog before Sinfei snatches the first place at the blog counter!!

I blog here more than I blog at my own blog. Haha.

Today a really cool friend called Fabian came to church! He is Bingrong and Weichao's friend, and is also from NC!

Gabriel found his long lost younger brother called Xiang Hua.

Gabriel is 13, and Xiang Hua is 12.

Xianghua aspires to be like Gabriel, and wants to do well for his PSLE so that he can come to NC too.

Also, Gabriel is 25% of Xianghua's weight.

Together, both of them form the BAI HU BANG.

AKA WHITE TIGER CLAN.

Hey guys!

Today is the first day of our Heart of God Church Formula 1 event! It was beyond amazing and everyone was just so fired up about it! We had Tamiya tracks, video games, pop corn and last but not least... Formula 1 Live screening! *clap* *clap* *clap*

Tomorrow will be the finals and it will start at 6pm right after service! So lets all bring new friends and enjoy the event together! *cheers* See you there!

HI ALL!

This blog is so cool! Very exited over it and I feel really proud to have such a CG blog, hope that the feeling is mutual.

Recently, I don't really know how I've came across some articles online talking about some great man and women of God. I feel that as Christians we shall also know more about them (:

I bet that everyone had heard about Billy Sunday, Oswald Chambers, John Newton or Charles Spurgeon. They are great great man of God.

Oswald Chambers - Do you know that the devotional that we read "My Utmost for His Highest" is written by him?

Born as a Baptist preacher's son in Aberdeen, Scotland, he was rised up in a godly environment. He once had a dream of being an artist.

However, Chambers began to believe God wanted him not to pursue the arts for God's sake, but God for the sake of his will alone. As he later wrote - "It takes me a long while to realize that God has no respect for anything I bring him. All he wants from me is unconditional surrender."

He then abondoned his dream and persued God's will for him and became a preacher.

He wrote - "When God has brought us into the relationship of disciples, we have to venture on his word; trust entirely to him and watch that when he brings us to the venture, we take it."

Billy Sunday - another great man of God who was the one Billy Graham, no American evangelist preached to so many millions, or saw as many conversions—an estimated 300,000.

He had never seen the face of his dad, when he was 10, he was sent to an sodier orphanage, raised up by the love of his brother and baseball.

Sunday was once a professional baseball player, but increasing urge to preach to the lost led him to become an evangelist after he became a christian when he was 24.

His wife helped him lots as a preacher, she will always organizes the campaigns and did much of the advance work. She even tried to better Billy's vocabulary in her letters to him.

Sunday was master of the one-liner, which he would use to clinch his practical, illustration-filled sermons. One of his most famous: "Going to church doesn't make you a Christian any more than going to a garage makes you an automobile
He once said - "I'll kick it as long as I have a foot. I'll fight it as long as I have a fist. I'll butt it as long as I have a head. I'll bite it as long as I've got a tooth. And when I'm old and fistless and footless and toothless, I'll gum it till I go home to Glory and it goes home to perdition."

-Isn't it the spirit that we should have? Fight till the end.

Yesterday during service I felt God assuring me that our CG will DEFINITELY grow.

He gave me this phrase "Spirit for 25".

Once you have that spirit, then 25 will definitely come!

Love for 25 people.

During CG, presence of God thick enough for 25 people.

Strong people who can be a good influence that will make up for 25 people.
